Conclusions
The Naim Mu-So 2nd Generation, like most Naim products, is a stunning piece of design with superb acoustic performance that will look at home in many locations where conventional audio equipment would not pass muster. However, it will be a stretch for some budgets. You’ll pay a tiny price premium for the Mu-wood So’s edition, but you’ll get a product that excels at reproducing music and makes it possible to enjoy it in living spaces and rooms where speakers are not an option owing to aesthetic concerns or due to space limitations. It’s obvious that the Naim team gave careful thought to how to make the combination of audiophile and lifestyle items into a cohesive and appealing whole.

Overall Experience:
This Muso outperforms my Klipsch Stadium (discontinued), which I replaced it with. The Muso is amazing in that it doesn’t lean heavily on the bass. I’m a bass guy, and there’s just enough bass here! In this speaker, the midrange and treble sing.
